New Patients

If you are a new patient to Urology Associates of Williamson County, PA and would like to set up an appointment to see one of our physicians, please call 512.244.0161. Please make sure you bring the following items to your appointment:

• Identification
• Insurance card
• New patient forms
• Referrals (if required by your insurance company)
• X-rays that our physicians have ordered for you
• A list of medications that you are currently taking
• Any co-payments that are required at the time of your visit (if applicable)

Appointments

Urology Associates has two convenient locations to serve our patients. Our main office is located in Round Rock in Oakwood Medical Park Building on the Round Rock Hospital medical campus. Our doctors see patients in the Round Rock office, and this serves as our "hub." Our Georgetown office is located on Scenic Drive adjacent to the Georgetown Hospital. Doctor Jeffrey Miller has office hours Monday, Wednesday and Friday on a rotating basis.
